This 6 week Beginners plus Course wil continue to introduce you to the fundamentals of the Pilates Conditioning System.

Pilates for Beginners is for those who are completely new to Pilates or for those who are nursing an injury. This 6 week course will introduce you to Pilates concepts such as ‘neutral pelvis’ while helping you to become more aware of your own posture and core abdominal strength.
